Does anyone know if there is a visa specifically for someone coming to the US to pick up a 2 year old child? She has custody in Vietnam where he was born. Father is US citizen, refusing to return child to the mother. What would be the best way for her to get a visa to come to get her son? There may be a custody battle here, but she does have all the paperwork from Vn. Thank you.
