I have paid the online visa payment through axis bank by using option "cash on account" for my parents b2 visa renewal. I got a receipt from bank by giving Bank reference number, after I login back to portal its started asking me same question for visa interview if I am eligible for dropbox when it comes to payment screen without selecting payment options again, so I directly entered the BRI number in the receipt tab iam getting error no records found for the receipt i entered. Can anyone please let me know if I am following the correct steps if not do I need to contact consulate for the receipt issue
