Renew 10 years multiple entry visa ..

Hi,

My mom (60 years old) got a 10 years multiple entry visa about 9years ago. It is set to expire next year. She has visited twice to US both times less than 3 months.
Now my family circumstances has changed .. my father and brother in india have expired. My sisters are in India but I'm here. I'm US citizen so can apply for her green card if she wants but she is not sure if she wants to live minimum 6 months in US to maintain green card. Wondering if she goes for visa renewal next year, can that be rejected based on the ground that she may not come back ..

It's possible. She has to show strong evidence to return.
It's all up to VO.

Keep trying until one VO issues visa.
