I am trying to apply for visitor visa renewal for my mother as her original visa expires in May 2021. We have already completed DS160 and are in process of paying visa fees. She is eligible for interview waiver program and use drop box facility. But my mother had an accident last year and burned couple of her fingers so we want to get her a biometrics appointment nonetheless. Does anyone know if we can schedule one along with drop box? or how can we make sure she gets called in for biometrics?
