Hi,
I am currently in H1B status for the past 9 months. I was in F1 and in OPT status before H1. I don't have a H1 Visa stamping on my passport but I just have my H1B approval documents. Now my parents are planning on comming to visit me in US and they have to go for Visitors Visa. Will it be ok if I show just my H1B approval documents? Will it be a problem for them in getting the visa as I don't have the H1 stamping on my Passport. Please advice. Any information/reply would be highly appreciated.
