Application process from USA for B2 - urgent

I am currently in US on H2B visa which expires soon and I would like to stay for at least few months more. Can someone please give me the detail explanation of applying for an B2 visa when i am in USA. If you can do it with as more detail as you can.

I have, but i need some details, which form do i need, what fee do i pay-where do i pay, to who do i send that form...

Yes i did but it is not for applying from USA, it is from some other country, I'm already in USA and i can go to an american embassy...
That is only from some other country, your home country, i did that before i came here...
