Mother's visa denied

My mother's visa was denied in mumbai on 11th jan. SHe is applying again.Can anyone tellme if Senator's letter will be of any additional help to get her visa second time??

Senator's letter is not the factor in considering granting visitor visa.

What was your application like? Sponsor's savings amount, Sponsor's status, Visitor's financial status, ties to back home etc. What were the questions asked by the CO and what were the answers like? This is what decides whether someone will get a VISA or not.
