Unable to get Documents from the Company. Please Advice..

I would need some advice with regards to applying for my Visitor Visa.

For the Visitor Visa the following documents would be difficult for me to provide.

1. Company NOC Leave Letter
2. Company Letter

I am currently serving my notice period in the company and hence the Company NOC Leave Letter is ruled out.

For the Company Letter they would not give me a letter saying that I am currently working in this company as so and so and earning this much as next month would be my last month of service in this company.

Can I manage without these 2 documents.

What I can provide is the company Offer Letter, Company Pay Slips (Printed on Letter Head).

Will this be sufficient? Please advice.

Why are you leaving the company? Are you in the process of job change?

Is there an option to leave them early if you are going to join someone? Or can you ask them that if they don't give such documents, you will leave immediately?

I have been working in the company for more than 2 years now. Currently I am looking to take a long break and no thoughts of moving to a new company.

I am thinking of taking up some kind of freelancing work from home type of work by looking online. So next month would be the only month for me to have employment.

So thats the issue. I thought it would be easier to apply for a USA Visa while in job by taking an appointment next month with the visa cell.

That is actually a problem. You wouldn't have a stable job and that would be against you to prove the strong ties to the home country.

Does this mean Self Employed Freelancers can never make it to Foreign Trips. This scares me as I might be one such case in the near future.

Do they never travel. If they do, Could you tell me how do they have the required Documents.

I didn't say never. In your case, you would not have estalibshed yourself in that position and generating steady income.
