Hi Everyone,
I applied for the first extension of B2 visitor visa for my parents in May 2020 and that application is still under processing. We had applied for extension until Nov 2020 and since we are still awaiting decision on the first extension, I am not sure what is the process to apply for a second extension. I tried reaching out to USCIS via both mail and customer care but they haven’t gotten back to me yet with the correct process to follow. My dad is over 73 and mom is over 65 both with pre-existing conditions. I am really concerned about them traveling in this Covid situation. Is anyone else in the same state or has been successful in applying a second extension? Please keep me posted.
