    Return travel to US after extended stay

    I plan to file an extension for stay in US for my parents. Assuming that their extension will be approved by USCIS and they stay for an additional 2 months, are there any consequences on the wait time before they can travel/re-enter USA?
    Can they travel to US after spending 6 months in India, post their extended stay in US?
