Tourist Visa for my spouse
I'm a us citizen married to an indian citizen. We don't want to move to the usa now, but want to visit. I've heard that they are not likely to give him a tourist visa since we are married and they'll assume we're trying to shortcut the system. Is this true? can we apply for a tourist visa? Or do we HAVE to go the immigration route when we're really not ready for that?
