B2 Visa Extension

Hi,

I am looking to extends my parents B2 visa. Their current I-94 departure date is March 26 2021 and I am would like to extend for 5 more months until August 26 2021.
Their passport expire Sept 18 2021 (They have less than 6 months).

Question: Would their be rejection in extension because of their passport expiring even if I extend within the passport expiration date and they will leave before their passport expires?
