Visitor Visa Expert Opinion Required

Hi there,

Here is my entire story:

1. I applied for a Visitor Visa in August 2004 along with my Son (5 years old) and Wife.

2. We were granted a 3 month Single Entry Visa.

3. My Mother in law and Father on Law are Permanent Legal Residents of US.

4. I have a very successful business of a Chain of stores, all international brands.

5. Due to my peak business season I could not go but my wife and son left in October and were granted a 6 month visa, ending March 05.

6. My 3 month Visa expired in Nov 04 and I wrote a letter to the Kolkata Consulate requesting for an extension and also mentioning the reason I could not go. But did not receive any response.

7. My wife and son were booked to return in Jan 05 end. But my wife, who is expecting our second born, with the due date in March 05 was advised not to travel, by her Gynaecologist, in the US.

8. Now I need to go there to be with her in March and then bring her back in April end.

9. What are my chances of getting a Visa.

10. Will I need all the sponsorship documents to be sent again from the US ?

Please give me your valuable advise.
