Emergency Visa

I have a family visiting from israel with us. the son recieved a visitor's visa to the usa for one year. they have planed a trip to canada, washington, a cruise to the caribian's back to ny & back to israel. upon thier return from canada the son was having problems re-entering the US since he alredy entered once. they let him in, but he can't go on the cruis with his family - fearing he wont be able to re-enter the US again for the departure to ISRAEL. how do they go about resolving this problem A.S.A.P. ?

If he has multiple entry visa, it should not be a problem. Otherwise, he is advised not to go on a cruise out of the country if he wants to enter back into the U.S.
