Documents needed for a Dropbox visitor visa renewal for parents

Hi

I have a Drop box visitor visa appointment scheduled for my parents in March,I remember submitting the following documents when I sponsored the B1/B2 for the first time, are all of these needed for a Drop box renewal?can someone who went through this recently clarify?

1.Appointment Letter
2.DS160 forms for both parents
3.All current and previous Passport of me and my father
4.Photos
5.Bank receipts of me and my father
6.Proof of fee payment
7.PAN
8.Tax documents
9.Letter of invitation,letter to US Consulate
10.Form I-134
11.Birth Certificate and I797-A

Hi,
I recommend some more documents along with above mentioned.
1. Property documents, If any
2. If they do any business then you can show some Ownership documents
3. Travel Itinerary
4. if they are employed, Letter from Employer
5. Court or criminal records in case of arrest or any other court documents showing there is no issues of nothing criminal records.
6. Sponsoring guy visa status documents
7. If they already visited USA then add I-94 copy too.

Note: These list of documents will be helpful for first time Interview or visa renewal, if they call for Interview again.
