Dear Sir/ Madam,
I went through your website. It is really excellent. I have a question with regards to B2 Vistor Visa for my son who is 4 years old.
Me & my wife have a 10 year multiple entry visa issued to USA @ Chennai (6 & 5 years back). My wife has traveled only once on that visa. I go there every year as an invited speaker to lecture at a conference for all short trips of about 7 - 10 days per trip.
We have the interview scheduled for the coming week at New Delhi since I live there in that area for more than 2 years. After we have got the b1 / b2 visas issued we have worked abroad at two countries & also have toured south africa in the last 3 years (along with my son).
Now my questions:
1. What are the chances for my son being issued Visa as we intend to go for a short stay(8-9 days). My son is a nursery student. I have also got a bonafide certificate for im from his school.
2. Should I take my previous years conference invitation letter & presentation certificates to tell the officer that I was going?
Please guide us. Look forward to your reply.
Thanks & Regards
