Hi all I need some info on the following please.
I am planning on travelling to the USA from the United Kingdom next year, I have been before. Since my last visit I have been convicted of solicitation of a prostitute, this went to court and I was dealt with by the way of a fine. I was fined £100. Apart from this I have a clean record. I know that i am no longer eligible to enter the USA under the visa waiver program. If I were to apply for a visa, would I be rejected for this crime? I have tried to sort this myself but there are so many grey areas I have decided to ask the experts.
