Hi

I sponsored my parents for visitor visa & I filled up all the forms. While filling the forms I filled all the information about them, but system asked me to upload only photograph of my father , never asked me to upload my Mother's photograph.

I believe you mean DS-160 form.

You will have to fill two separate forms: One for each person.

And each form for a given person will ask for a photograph.
