Chances of Visitor Visa with interpreter

Hi Everyone,

I am working in USA and want to invite my parents (govt. employees) and younger sister (I yr BCom) on my graduation ceremony (Master's) in coming May,2005. Though my parents are in their 50's but sister is a teenager. Kind of skeptical, what chances do you think they stand of getting B-2 visitor visa in a family interview with hindi interpreter in Delhi. I have got all the strong documents done including invitation from university.

It is really difficult to give with any percentages of chances of getting visa.
