In Laws got Visa at New Delhi Consulate

My in-laws got their visa at New Delhi consulate on Friday. They had their appointment in English at new delhi. I had been looking for Hindi appt dates at new delhi but could not get any hindi dates. Finally, booked appointment in English for 6th August.Here is my in-laws experience:

The VO was very nice and polite. My in laws wished him good morning and he replied with a big smile.

VO: Why are you going to US
Dad : Tourism and family visit.

VO: Asked Dad in law : What do you do?
Dad: i am retired. I was working as a Lecturer.

VO: Are you getting pension and how much.
Dad: Yes i am getting pension and told the figure.

VO : To Mom : How many kids you have ?
My in laws didn’t understand him so he repeated the question and finally asked in Hindi kitne Bache ?
Mom: We have 2 children and told the details about them.

VO :To mom : what do you do ?
Mom : i am a Govt. Employee and told the details .

Then VO checked few details on system then asked about the sponsorship details and took the passports from them saying you will get the passports in a week.

Mom asked him about visa to double check and he replied with a smile " your visa is approved "

Mom and dad wished him a nice day and left.

Documents to be send by sponser of visitor visa

I am applying for visitor visa for my parents at New Delhi Consulate. Please advice what documents I need to provide them as a sponser. I was reading on the website that they don't need any affidavit of support or financial capacity documents.

please let me ASAP as they have interview next week.
