Dear Sir / Madam
I was issued 10 years multiple entry US visa by the American embassy on the 29th of October 2009. Subsequently I had visited US and came back.
I had renewed my passport and my new passport given by the passport office in Coimbatore, India. They have mentioned in my new passport that my old passport has a valid US visa and they have also returned my old passport to me.
I would like to know, if this is sufficient or There are any more formalities.
I shall be visiting US in the month of JULY.
