    Thanks immihelp for all your help and prompt responses!!

    One more question :

    I am a U.S. citizen sponsoring my parents. Should I send a copy of my entire U.S. passport? I have not travelled yet on my US passport - so it is entirely blank. Should I consider sending a copy of my Indian passport? Would it confuse them if I send both since now I am a US citizen? Please help! Thanks

      Should we sent a color copy of the passport and GC ?

        No need. Black & white is fine.

        However, there is no harm or advantage in color copy.
