I am applying for my mom's visa renewal. I have a question regarding fees. When she goes to Axis or Citi bank to make the payments, does she have to show any documents for the fees? how does it work? What does she need to tell them to get the fees paid and get the receipt.

Hi,
In the Appointment schedule page, You need to click, click here for all payment options. Then you could see options to make payment. In that, you will need to select, Citi, Axis bank payment option logo under over the counter. Once you click that, one receipt will generate.. With the help of printed copy of receipt, you can make payment at respective bank counter.
