Hi,
My brother is uneducated and unemployed Now he is applying for visitor visa B-2 alongwith my mom. I know its difficult to get the visa for him, Can some tell me how should i present his case and show close ties with the country. I am sure, he will go back to India after 3 months because dad is still in India and serving as Govt. Offcial and he is finacially strong. Do you think, i should take appointment of my brother alongwith my mother. Does Consulate treat each case individually and do they approve VISA of one person if another co-applicant can't show strong ties or in this case they will reject both. Next question, in case of rejection do you think then i should reply for just my mother and what will be the chances of the approval.
I want to send him with my mother because otherwise he will never be able to go inside alone and prove his ties.
Please respond as i have to take the appointments aap.
Thanks.
