Can a travel agent drop off the documents when an appointment is given? Is that possible or our parents have to go to drop off the documents? Please help

Hi,
If your parents are eligible for Interview waiver, YES. They can designate some person to drop off the documents at scheduled Appointment center. Please make sure to provide all necessary documents to designated person.
Better, you can provide self attested letter stating you have designated concern person to submit the documents behalf of you.
