Making changes to DS-160 after submission and appointment scheduled

Can we change info like marital status and employment info after the DS-160 form has been sent more than 30 days ago? Since the interview appointment will come after 1 year nowadays and circumstances may change during this time
What happens to the interview appointment after we retrieve and create a new application and get the new DS-160 confirmation page after making the changes. Do we have the same interview appointment or will need to schedule a new one?

Hi,
Once you schedule the appointment you can not change DS 160 number in ustraveldocs page. Rather, You just fill all the details and dont submit DS 160 form.. If you need any changes, you can do and once you think, all information are accurate and there is no changes needed then you can submit DS 160 form... in this way, you dont want to create new DS 160 form when you need of edit/modify.
