Urgent Visa Correction

The issue is the DOB on the passport and visa of my mother. Both dates are different. On visa 21/9 and on passport 21/7. We found out now on her second travel to US. On her first travel, she was not asked any questions and we were not even aware of it but now he was not allowed to board. What is the possible solution to get this corrected in the right way?

Hi,
You can rectify the mistakes on either passport or Visa which one is printed mistake.. You have that facility.
