Revisit to USA With 10 Years Multiple Entry Visitor Visa

Hi,
My mum has 10 years Multiple entry visa. She just left 2 months ago finishing her 6 months stay (04-nov-2004). Can some body please tell me what should be the duration to bring her back next time. Some body says I can bring her Immediatlely and some body I have to wait atleast for 6 months.
Any help is greately appercated.

She can come back any time she wants.

But if the immigration officer at the port of entry finds out that she is trying to spend most of her time in US, she may be denied entry altogether and sent back.

This probably may not happen during second time, but it may happen in subsequent visits.
