Mom Travel to US (after 15 days of quarantine out side of india)

Hi,
If any one know if i can arrange quarantine outside of India (for ex. Maldives) for my Mom and from there can she able to get inside USA after COVID test?

Any other option that i have, to bring her into USA during the travel ban?

mean to ask, can i bring my mom inside USA after 10-15 days of quarantine outside of India during the travel ban by US.

Yes, as long as she is not present in (and does not transit through) Mainland China, Iran, the Schengen Area, the UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, or India in the 14 days before she comes to the US, she arrives in the US by air, and she has a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of boarding the flight.
