visitor visa B2

my cousin is having graduation cermony on aug9th. i am planning to apply for a visitor visa B2. what kind of documents i need to produce. i am 40 years old and working in india. my passport expiry date is feb 1 2022,is that a concern. i want to travel on June month. Thanks

USA embassies in India are not issuing any visa for attending graduation ceremonies of cousins.
