Dear Sir/Madam
I have one question regarding my parents visit visa B2 10yrs multiple visa they have, they entered first time in US on january 18 2010 and their I 94 going to expire on July 17 2010 they have return ticket to india on July 10th. I have applied for extension I 539 on June 12th, USCIS people got on June15th and they sent a receipt saying they got documents after that i didnt got anything, my question is wheather we can stay legally, if even though I 94 expires, we can wait till their decesion on extension. Also if they denied extension in how many days we have to exit US. Also in future if they want to come again is there any problem in overstaying.
