Medical VISA

Dear GURU's,

How do i bring my sister-in-law to help out here when we go for a major surgery. My S.I.L has family back home with two teen kids and she is also working as a teacher in a private school and having more assets.

I need to bring her for three months just to help us. Please advice me i can very well show the ties back home.

Also i got the letter froom the hospital explaining the situation. Is there any thing i can do to make sure that she will get three month visa to come here by this year end....

It is best to keep the tourist visa reason for tourism purpose.

Otherwise, they can always say that you can hire some professional help for helping with such matters. I know that no professional help can replace the family member who is with you 24x7, but the law does not work like that.
