Eligibility for sponsoring B2 Tourist Visa applicants

My husband`s H1B visa expired few months back. He is now working in U.S.A, with NOTICE OF ACTION [Approval Notice ]of class H1B1((for extension of stay in U.S.A, and work with the same employer), VALID up to year 2007, of the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service (Receipt of approval notice received). He wish to invite my Uncle and Aunt, to U.S.A for Tourism purpose. But we do not know whether he has the eligibility to sponsor my uncle and aunt, with the above present status in U.S.A
So kindly let us know,
(1)whether my husband with the above status in U.S.A. , is eligible to sponsor[ with Notarised Affidavit of Support etc ],
my Uncle [ my father`s brother ], and Aunt [ Uncle`s wife ], for their
B2 Tourist Visa to visit U.S.A., this year, for a short period,
and

(2)whether there is any limitation or restriction or insufficiency for an Indian
citizen with the above status in U.S.A, for sponsoring his wife`s relatives {like wife`s Uncle and Aunt } for their visit to U.S.A for 1 or 2 months, for tourism purpose
