Hi All,
I would like to bring my parents to US for visit. I have just received my H1B extension approval notice but now I have to file for an amendment because my citizenship is mentioned wrongly. I have checked with my organization and found that it takes 3 months for the complete process of amendment.
Can I sponsor their visitor visa now though amendment of my H1B is in process? Have somebody faced similar situation?
