Parent situation (Visa extension)

Here is the situation for my parents who are in US currently.

US Entry date: Feb 2021 (on visitor visa)
Visa expiration date on Indian passport: May 2021
I-94 expiration date: August 2021

Currently they are planning to fly back to india in August. Can i now extend their visa post August 2021 given the visa expiration date is past. What do i do?

US visas are solely for entry, and the visa's expiration date just means the last date you can use that visa to enter. The visa's expiration date has absolutely no relevance to their stay inside the US.
