DS 160 b2 Help needed with employment section.

Hi, i am trying to renew my visa that expired 10 months ago. I am stuck in what to fill in employment, as i am a self employed dentist that has a dental clinic and i work with my wife. We have recently moved to a bigger location and changed the name of the clinic. Should i fill as "medical/health" with the name and address of the new clinic with the day we opened and for previous employment the address and name of the ol clinic, specifying what my duties are and that i own the clinic with my wife?

Hi,
Per my knowledge, you don't really want to split as current and previous Employment... Since you are self Employed, you go with current clinic details with over all duration.
