Hello,
I am planning to transit through the US (the flight is Papeete-San Francisco-Paris). I am planning to use an ESTA for it as I will be transiting for tourism (I am not planning to stay in the US to work). However, in my current passport, I also have an L1B (the stamp has expired but the visa is still valid to work in the US). Should it be okay? Or may the customs officer deny my entrance in the US and believe I want to stay there for work?
