Proof of financial support??

Hi my parents are here on Visitor Visa and I am currently filling up documents to extend thier visa.

I have the following documents ready with me:
1. I- 539
2. My GC copies
3. My pay stubs
4. Letter from me to Consulate to extend my parents visa
5. Letter from my parents to consulate to extend the visa
6. Bank statement (showing my balance).
7. Tax copies

I am not sure what documents are required of the listed above. Canyouplease let me know?

Also this site says "Proof of financial support " is required to be submitted. Do I have to submit I-134 - Affidavit of Support for both my parents? I have got conflicting info from my friends. an dI am confused now.

Proof of financial support = I-134.
One I-134 for each person.
