My mother is a widow & she applied for visa twice in October'2003. She was rejected under 214(b). I'm pregnant and due to deliver in March 2nd week. She's going to appear for the 3rd time at Chennai on Feb 7th. I've some doubts. Someone, please answer them ASAP, as we have to send the documents as soon as we get these answers. so, please please help. I'm desperate.
My husband is the sponsor. 1)On the form I-134, question no. 9 asks if he has previously submitted affidavits of support (which is form I-134) previously - we mentioned my mom's name & the dates that she went to interview twice in 2003. Is this right or should we not mention at all?
2)We left the question no. 11 blank which asks if the sponsor intends/does not intend to make specific contributions to the applicant. Should we fill this in? If so, how?
3)My brother & me are both in the US. When my mom told the officer that, her visa was rejected both times. So, should she say this time, that he's in India with her and is unmarried (true).
4)There's a sample letter on the immihelp site, using which the sponsor can vouch for the visitor's return to India within the specified time, that she will not become public charge on the Us government etc.. Should we send this letter? Will it help even if my mother is going to appear for the 3rd interview almost 1 yr n 4 months later?
Immihelp or other members, please advise me ASAP . I shall be eternally grateful to u guys.
