Hi,
My mom has a one year multiple entry expiring in May 2005. She travelled to USA from June to October.
1. Can she can safely travel in March/Apr before the visa expires?
2. I have heard that sometimes they trouble at the immigration if the travel is near the visa expiry date. Is that true?
3. Generally do they grant a 6 months stay? What are the chances she gets only a 3 month stay?
4. For reapplying for the visa, is it true that she needs to appear again at the consulate? What is the age limit for not having to appear at the US conulate for interview?
