I have more than 9 years of experience of Oracle Financials and SAP financials. I have also passed the exams on IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) level 1, which is very useful for IT project. Have you ever heard these kind of cases who came to USA on tourist visa and converted into H1b? What kind of success rate do you think? Will I have to leave USA for stamping and will that be right away? As per my attorney it is possible and probability is very high to get through approval. But I need a employer who can offer me work and considers the request of h1b. Please let me know and thank you for your time.

It is best not to come on a tourist visa with different intentions.
It would be best if you find an employer while outside the U.S. and then get H1B, and come to the U.S.Immihelp Support
