Can we apply for Renunciation and India Visa together?

Hi,
I got US citizenship recently and trying to apply for Renunciation and India visitor Visa. Can I do it together or do I need to wait for my Renunciation certificate to apply for Visa?

Also for applying for visitor visa, the website says to take an appointment with SF "Indian Mission". When I call them, it just has recorded information and gets disconnected. I am am not sure on how I can get appointment and get India Visa. I am really confused on how to proceed further.

Yes, renunciation and visa can be done at the same time as they are under the Indian Consulate jurisdiction.

Only OCI need to be applied for after receiving the renunciation certificate
