H4 (dependent) visa and ownership in business

If I am a partner in law firm in India but have to relocate to US on an H4 visa, can I continue to be a partner legally?
Note: I don't have EAD as of now. I wont be withdrawing any salary. But, I will be posting on our company's social media accounts not as me as the company.
Any help or guidance in the right direction or to the right person is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
Per my knowledge, H4 can not work in the USA and earn through Employment. But, as you mentioned you are partnering in Indian firm, I don't really think so, you will have a problem.
