B2 Multiple Entry Visa

Please inform. I am applying for my parents-in-law to visit the USA. When they come here, I know they will want to visit family in Toronto, Canada. What do I and they have to do in order to visit Canada. I am assuming that they will need a USA Visa and a Canada Visa. But do they need a multiple entry visa for the USA Visa? And do they need a Canada Visa? How do you get a multiple entry USA Visa? Thanks. Your site here in VERY helpful.

There is no specific way to request that. Many people just get it.
