Question regarding visa sponsor

My question is can anyone sponsor for the visitors visa or should it only be blood relation.
Lets say like can i sponsor for my moms sister and her husband. If so what questions can we expect for them as i will be mentioning Uncle and aunt.

And i also had one more qwuestion
Will the 156 form information that we fill in be feeded in the consulates computer (database).
