Filed I-539 & I-539A - One Receipt
I have applied for extension for Both my parents. I have sent the completed I-539 and i-539A forms along with the supporting documents . The fee was also deducted . I just received a receipt
(I-797C) in my mother's name who is actually the second applicant (I-539A) . it has my father's name as applicant name and my mother's name as Beneficiary . My main concern here is should my father also be receiving a receipt (I-797C) ?
