My MILs Visa has been rejected three times. First two times she went with my FIL. And he now refuses to go for visa. They never ask any questions and they never look at any documents. But reject her each time saying not enough ties to India established.
We have tried to contact our state senator and their office is willing to send a letter. What should they say in the letter? Should the letter be faxed directly to the consulate? Or should she carry the letter with her?
One visa consultant said that her bank account is in a cooperative back and they don't trust these banks. But if we ask her to change her account, the won't be able to give a bank statement with a big history.
What should we do? She has no plans on immigrating to US. She just wants to visit us.
