Hi,
My previous B2 visa expired in March 2021. I am trying to renew it by following all the required steps. I have a question regarding scheduling appointment in Cgifederal website.
While scheduling the appointment I am not getting an option to specify my old visa category to quality for the waiver program and directly go for the drop box option. After Step 6 which is "Specify Documentation Delivery" it directly takes me to the scheduling page for VAC appointment. How can I add my existing visa details and qualify for waiver?
