Visitor visa rejected @ Hyderabad..Urgent help needed..!!!

my inlaws were rejected visitor visa. they were given 214 b, showing that they dont have enough ties in india... they have their younger son working in a govt firm in india and showed decent bank balance and notarised affidavits (but no house)....but the visa was rejected .

VO didnt ask much questions
just.. How much is my FIL income?
FIL : showed his employment proof(i.e 1.68L perannum ..his income was below tax returns)
VO: Do you have any own house?
FIL: No , but we have some places and showed the doc
VO: How many children do u have?
1 daughter & 1 son. son is working in a govt firm.


how soon can they attend another interview?? what changes should we make in the documents? is there a greater chance of getting visa if MIL alone attend the interview showing that FIL is in India... does that make a good tie in india so as to convince the VO that she will return???

Can we show a house proof that we have purchased recently after the interview.. will they accept it as good tie.. or will they doubt still.. apart from old income ,can we show them other sources of income what my in-laws has?
