after 6months stay when can parents come back to us

Hello,

My inlaws are here for 6 months. I want their extention but I feel it kind of risky. Can anyone please tell me after going back to India when they can come to US. Is there any specified time gap they have to keep inbetween before comming here again. Or, Can they come back in 1 month. They are having visitor visa
